The industry as a whole is facing unprecedented delays due to the current global situation. We are currently doing our best to get to all of our patients’ glasses despite the increased volume of orders and delays.
 
Please bear in mind that there will be shipping and manufacturing delays. Back stocked products are facing new restrictions, inspections, and bans with the import of goods and materials. These delays are also occurring in all other industries including food and beverage, furniture, lumber and more. 
 
After a noticeable increase and recent wave of consumer misconduct occurring at our office, we’d like to kindly remind everyone to exude patience and humanity. 
 
We do not tolerate discrimination or racism of any kind. Nor do we tolerate any verbal harassment, aggression or disruptive behavior in our office. Anyone in violation of this will be asked to leave or will be dismissed from our care. 
 
Hurling insults, disrespecting our staff and disrupting our establishment is unacceptable and counterproductive.
 
We are not your punching bags. We are healthcare workers who have continued to work tirelessly throughout the pandemic so that we can continue to fulfill our patients’ eye care and eyewear needs. We are people who chose this field to help the lives of others. 
 
Mistakes and errors will happen. A delay will not mean the end of the world. Your glasses will arrive. A hiccup does not grant an open door for harassment. 
We encourage everyone to rise against hate and find the humanity within themselves to be kind to one another.
