Manny is our Office Manager and an ABO Certified Optician who has been with the office since before we started in 2018. To him, there’s nothing more rewarding than helping someone with something as essential and valuable as their sight. Seeing a patient’s reaction whenever they put on their new glasses and see clearly is the most gratifying feeling in the world. Since becoming an Optician in 2012, he has especially loved every single friendship and relationship he’s built with patients, team members, and neighboring employees over the years. After more than a decade in the field, he still can’t imagine doing anything else other than helping our patients see their absolute best.

As the heart of the office and the one who keeps the ship running smoothly, he wears many hats and is someone the entire team can always count on. Reliable, dependable, and always willing to jump in wherever he’s needed, he’s a manager his team genuinely loves and respects. His calm, composed, yet playful demeanor makes him a natural leader—steady when things get busy, but always ready with a joke to keep the mood light all while creating a positive work environment. As a true team player himself, he leads by example and never hesitates to go above and beyond to find solutions for both patients and his team.

When not in the office, you can find him enjoying quality time at home with his family. Spending as much time as possible with his wife and two daughters means everything to him. As far as hobbies, he loves music. He plays several instruments and enjoys singing and playing music at church. He is also a huge sports fan—soccer is hands down his favorite. He loves taking his wife and daughter to just about every kind of sporting event, from baseball, basketball, football, and hockey to WWE and, of course, soccer. Getting to attend the 2026 World Cup and see eventual champions Spain play live was a dream come true and a check off his bucket list. He also enjoys watching anime and is currently on a mission to watch every season of One Piece. He knows it’s a commitment but to him, it’s absolutely worth it.
